The Impala Mauritius or Impala Ile Maurice in French, is a privately owned property, in a cul de sac bordering a natural reserve, with endemic and tropical birds. This property is set in idyllic surroundings of sun, sea, sand and calm atmosphere with nature at its best amidst the chirping of tropical birds. It consists of six self catering independent holiday units, able to cater for different needs, either for two sleepers ideal for couples or honeymooners, a medium family with four sleepers for four (4) persons, or a great family with six sleepers for six (6) persons with sufficient rooms for any extra`s on request.
TWO APARTMENTS FOR TWO PERSONS EACH
This holiday rental is an accommodation which comprises of two spacious modern air conditioned luxurious apartments > 90m2 each, one on each floor, with a huge bedroom + 20m2, with a king size bed and en suite bathroom ideal for honeymooners and couples. The spacious open plan lounge with dining area and kitchen protrudes onto the balcony through the patio door with a sea view ( applicable only for the apartment on the second floor whilst the one on the first floor has a view on the forest with different species of tropical birds ). A sofa bed has been put in place in the lounge to increase the sleeping capacity should there be a need for any extra's or to relax by watching favourites television programmes in a cosy atmosphere.
Composition of a 2 person apartment: An air conditioned huge bed room ( > 20m2 ) with a double bed and en suite, fully equipped spacious kitchen, dining / living room, bathroom, toilet and balcony.
TWO APARTMENTS FOR FOUR (4) PERSONS EACH
This set up caters for one apartment , each > 90m2 on each floor and consists of two modern spacious air conditioned bed rooms with one double bed (king size) in the main bed room and two single beds in the secondary room, thus allowing sleeping capacity for four persons. A sofa bed has also been put in place to relax in real comfort and to watch television programmes independently from the main bed rooms without any disturbance.
Composition of a 4 person apartment: An air conditioned master bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the secondary room, living /dining, bathroom, toilet, a fully furnished modern spacious kitchen and a balcony / stoop with view on the sea from the second floor ONLY whilst the one on the first floor has a scenic view on the forest and nature.
TWO APARTMENTS FOR SIX (6) PERSONS EACH
These are located on the first and second floor and consists of two air conditioned bed rooms with one double bed (king size) in the main bedroom with two single beds and two bunker beds in the secondary room thus allowing for six (6) people to sleep comfortably. In addition to it an extra bed (double bed) has been placed in the air conditioned lounge to allow for any extra sleeper. A sofa bed has also been put in place to increase the sleeping capacity should there be a need for it. The apartment on the second floor gives a nice view on the sea from the balcony whilst the one on the first floor gives a sight on the forest amidst chirping birds.
Composition of a SIX person apartment: Each apartment has a surface area of > 90m2 with two air conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom comes with a double bed and two single beds along with two bunker beds complement the secondary bedroom. (An extra bed has also been put in place in the air conditioned living room for any extra sleepers), living /dining, bathroom, toilet, fully furnished spacious kitchen and a balcony. There is a sea view from the balcony of the apartment on the second floor, while the one from the first floor has scenic view on nature.
All the kitchens are identical, spacious and fully equipped with all cooking amenities for e.g. 300l fridge and freezer, electric / gas stove with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric rice cooker, pressure cookers, steamers , ample good quality cutlery and crockery in stainless steel etc! Basic cleaning materials are also provided . A washing machine, line and clothes drier has been put for your use. Bedrooms are furnished with blankets and duvets with bed linen / sheets / towels / dishcloths changed twice weekly.
Working Area - A working desk area is available in the apartment.
LOUNGE OR LIVING ROOM:
The light painted, spacious and stylishly furnished, open plan living and dining room comes with a dining table and chairs, television coupled with local and foreign channels, DVD and a hifi system. A comfortable lounge suite enhances extra comfort relaxing with electrically powered fans or with air conditioning for a peaceful rest after a day spent out in the sun or on the beach.
Hobbies: Games, magazines, novels and beach assorted kiddies toys have been catered for collective usage upon demand and should be returned in the same condition prior to departure. A barbecue area is made available adjacent to this property to shelter a Weber braai stand for a barbecue.
DIGITAL SAFETY - SECURITY BOX:
A personal electronic digital safe is made available in your room. The residence is guarded with an alarm system and anti theft / burglar detectors. As far as your safety and security is concerned within the premises, the building is monitored 24/24 with CCTV surveillance camera and an alarm system . The doors to your apartment is secured by a main security door keeping intruders away. A striking feature at The Impala Mauritius is the feeling of being safe and secured at all times by knowing that there is always somebody near you - the owner staying in the premises thus keeping any intruders at bay. He is available for consultation at any moment which seemingly is a plus to the existing facilities put in place to reassure all our clients for our ongoing commitment towards excellence, comfort, safety and that of your belongings as well as of your well being leaving your worries behind while you are out.
